The girl scouts at GG's elementary school hosted a sock hop this past weekend. A father/daughter event. I was able to attend as photographer.
They were dancing, hoola hooping, had a bubble blowing contest... they even got their picture taken with Elvis!
It looked like a success and the girls were all talking about how fun it will be again next year. Guess it might turn into an annual thing?
I made the skirts for GG and her friend KVC. I must say, the pattern was very easy to read and they were so much fun to make. The girls were thrilled and looked adorable!
